Really? That's strange...almost every downhole assembly that I've built
has always been with ENIG plated PCB's...

I happened to come across a solder chart from the Indium Corporation and
noticed that they do not recommend using Sn96 solder on gold-plated
surfaces.  Can anyone elaborate on this?
