Have you heard of anyone had any experience with receiving boards from a
domestic supplier with evidence of electrolytic Au flash?
Is it a condition that can be discerned with incoming inspection?
When does ENIG become NOT ENIG? (Just curious as to the threshold limits
of the Nickel and Gold)

What you received is NOT ENIG. This has been a not uncommon problem with
parts from China--they use an electrolytic Au-flash?I have seen
Au-embrittlement
as a consequence.
