Hello all.
Enclosed are 2 contract opportunities with 2 different clients of mine in the Chicago O'Hare area. One is looking for a PCB Designer/Librarian and the other a PCAD 2006 person to do part-time work which could be remotely! (see below)...

PCB Librarian/Designer (CONTRACT)
a.. This will be a long-term assignment!
b.. Initially will be signed on for 6 months, but realistically should go 12-18+ months.
c.. Will be sharing responsibilities for two different groups.
d.. One group will be creating, from scratch, a completely new library.
e.. Should be well experienced in creating library parts and maintaining/managing the library.
f.. Will also do design for both groups as needed.
g.. They are currently using a Protel type product (Altium Designer) for schematic capture and layout. (This is not mandatory, but a plus).
h.. Open to experience with PADS or PCAD.
i.. Rate: (depending on experience and W-2/1099 status) $30's-$40's/hr.
j..
(PCAD) PCB Designer (part-time)
* MUST have PCAD ver.2006

* Will assist other engineers in the design of multi-layered boards.

* Will get their "over-flow" work on a part-time basis.

* Symbols, library creation and layouts.

* All work can be done remotely.

* $30's-$40's/hr.+/-
