Presently after tightening the screw with an Electric screw driver, we apply oil
paint (partly on screw & partly on the nut) for verification.
Now we are thinking of automating the process, in which screwing operation
will be done automatically, we are also planning for auto-application of paint.
The paint we are using has a curing time of 4 min & the amount to be
dispensed is very less (appx 0.02ml).
we are unable to locate a company which can provide reliable & compact paint
dispenser. Also, is it possible to have an electric screw driver which can mark
the screw with paint after achieving required torque?
Pls tell me, if u know any?
