That would be scary. On mine, I have routing set to "ignore" when I
manually route; errors will turn green but I can make "illegal" routes
that would fail DRC. [Errors getted fixed before then; not a problem
for autorouting.] Design rules are not turned off, only modified (10x10
rules usually, or 6x6 if I'm doing fine work).
