section 10, IPC 620A, covers acceptability of potting. However 620 is a acceptability for wire/cable/harness.

在IPC-A-610D对胶的固化没有详细讲解。关于这类产品的验收标准本公司主要是用手触摸去感应其固化状况。在产品内注胶之后剩余一小蛋挞的胶在容器中，然后与产品一起放入烤箱中进行烘烤。烘烤完之后可根据小蛋挞判断表面的固化标情况而得出结论，一般是不粘手就可以接受。仅供参考。
