We still use 197 and I could probably sneak you a little bottle. The
hard part is if you need some sort of pedigree with it. I doubt that our
receiving records would work for you.

How much do you actually need?

We're doing some rework on some boards for a customer who have defined
that we must use Kester 197 RMA flux.
 
I can't find any without a 3-4 week lead time, and a 4-gallon minimum
buy, which is about a million times more than I need.
 
Anybody got some that they would be willing to sell?
