Rick,

I worked at a place that used a depaneling machine to singulate panels.
This machine required 2 tooling holes per cut so a panel had at least 10
tooling holes on it (8 for singulation and 2 for assembly).

Can you think of any (legitimate) reasons why more than 3 tooling holes
would be necessary on a PWB?
