Hello

 

We build class 3 products and engineering has allowed the tolerances to give me zero lead protrusion on press fit connectors and they are just now concerened that there might be a problem. Our board contains 10 layer and thickness is .088 the copper is 2 oz on all layers and for the connector the contacts ar .104±.010.

 

Steve would you post the attached pictures so other can view.
