Hi Jim!

A lot of the time we work with our fab vendors and let them lay-out the
panels. We do look at each board and the components that are on them
that may dictate if the panel is scored or tab/routed, i.e.; right angle
connectors at the edge where the shroud may sit below the PCB surface.

We have a standard break-away, .5" on the long edges with fiducials.
You'd be surprised how many boards that I see with SMT on them without
fiducials!

A quick question.  When designing small PWBs, do you design the paneled
array or do you supply a one-up design and ask your PWB supplier to
