Hi Jim!
We do that as a "sub-panel". Our standard is about 6"x6". We allow a
couple of bad parts per sub-panel so that the board manufacturer's yield
is still high.

A quick question. When designing small PWBs, do you design the paneled
array or do you supply a one-up design and ask your PWB supplier to
design the panel for you?
