As understand, RoHS Directive does not include packaging materials that should fall into Packaging Directive 94/62/EC.  If the supplier did the testing on packaging material and other material according to RoHS Directive and the result meets the requirements of Packaging Directive.  Can we consider the compliance with Packaging Directive 94/62/EC assuming that the testing methods are the same for both Directives.
