The IPC 2545  standard has a rating sheet for the fabrication data
quality.
The document is from 1999 and  has a link to download this form as a
spread sheet.
The link  to the GENCAM.ORG site is not valid.
If someone has a valid link or the spread sheet I'll appreciate if they
could share it.
