Hi Rich!

We use something called "Carroll Heavy Duty Lime Off 375". We've got a
Technical Devices Polyclean SMT 624. Here's a TDS:

It does a decent job getting rid of the build-up of water soluble mask
residues too. We only use it in our wash tank, the rinse side of the
cleaner normally stays pretty pristine. We'll pour in about 4-gallons of
the stuff in the wash tank and run the wash pumps for an hour or two to
clean the plumbing and nozzles good. Then scrub the sides of the wash
tank good with a brush, then drain and rinse everything well.

It's convenient for use because we have a cleaning supply company next
door to us that carries the stuff...
