Are these components close to the edge of the board that has a scored rail?

In the event that it is I know of several customers that were having joint
failure when their components were too close to the board edge. Breaking off
the rail was enough to make a fracture. Their solution was to add in a
routed relief along the board edge where the score came too close. One board
was a heavy copper .093" thick multilayers with a .018" web thru FR4. I like
to see a thinner score web .012"-.015" for FR4 but the rails would come off
during their assembly process due to the weight build up. Other customers
were see it happen on .062" thick boards with the .012" web. Adding in the
routed stress relief seems to help them as well.
