To answer you point 3: No, because most electronics will contain exempt

high temp lead, so you cannot use the fully green label.

I have some doubt about the implementation of the China RoHS.

1.What additional to be done if we have EU RoHS compliance. 

2.I understand that in first phase only the sticker is the only

requirement.

3. If we are EU RoHS compliance & our product is not have any restricted

material. Can we put the First Sticker ( Green ) without the discloser

table .
