Thanks John, clearly there is a mind numbing amount of information out
there.
I am curious if the word "not" missing in the location shown in parenthesis
above ?
Some wag once opined that one of the self-protecting functions of
governments to create problems through legislation so that people are keep busy solving
the problems and don't ask hard questions such as... Why?
Unfortunately, no IQ test needs to be passed to become a legislator.
