I have a table for solid wire sizes at
http://www.pcb-designer.com/mech.html that is based on a former
employer's standards (not IPC). A calculator is available for stranded
and solid wire diameter at http://www.mogami.com/e/cad/wire-gauge.html,
but you'll have to calculate your own hole size (add .007 to .014 as a
"rule-of-thumb").
