We will release a PADS Logic Symbol Generator for no charge by early next
week - I heard somewhere that there are translators out there that will
translate to other formats, if that is the case, you should be set as far as
the symbols go.

Does anyone use a library creation service that they would recommend ?   
(besides PCBLibraries.com).
It would be nice to have a company that would create schematic symbols and 
footprints, with complete information (part number, value... etc).    You 
would purchase as a yearly license.. or individual part price based on 
pincount.
