This can be a problem with LF pastes, reducing the metal content as normal
does not work too well with them due to the more viscous nature of the flux
vehicle.
Suggest you find a supplier with a dedicated LF dispense paste, (but don't
try to stencil print it!).

Hi,

anybody dispensing LF paste? Since it is stickier than the SnPb one, I can't
make it break, so that it stays on the pads.
