Hello All!

Today is my first day back at work after a two-week vacation at home in
North Carolina, and I had this hit me in the face this morning:

http://stevezeva.homestead.com/files/Allegro_Marking.jpg

We build an assembly that uses an Allegro UCN5801A (0.5 A LATCH BASED
PRPHL DRVR, PDIP22), and as you see the marking on the part has started
peeling off. This was after one aqueous wash.

I called Allegro and spoke to an engineer there, and their parts are
normally laser marked...so they've either been counterfeited, or been
badly remarked for some odd reason.

So now at seven per assembly, we have a bunch of rework to do...(I
shoulda stayed home).
