everybody sections 1-2 or 1-3 etc -- the zero or the 90 degree (or nsew)

both directions run parallel and at right angles to the glass weave

the suggestion here is to section on the 45 (NE/SW/etc)
1-4 or 2-3 plane

I had not seen this either previously.
It certainly makes sense [oh 20/20 hindsight], that the 45°hole wall quality 
would be different than the standard orthogonal ones.
Big question : Why should this be significantly different for the high-Tg 
high-temp phenolic resin materials?-Any explanations, any one?
