I had not seen this either previously.
It certainly makes sense [oh 20/20 hindsight], that the 45°hole wall quality 
would be different than the standard orthogonal ones.
Big question : Why should this be significantly different for the high-Tg 
high-temp phenolic resin materials?—Any explanations, any one?
