Hello,
I have a question about higher end RoHS FR-4 type materials. In the world of
rigid flex we can buy high end flex materials and cover coats. We can buy
FR-4 materials with better Td's. We cannot buy better lo-flow pre-pregs in
FR-4 versions. The end result is we are winding up with a mish-mash of
hopefully better materials and one major suspected weak link. Is anyone
working in a higher end lo-flow pre-preg? Any one having issues with FR406
lo flows in RoHS type builds? Any comments would be appreciated. Regards
Steve Kelly
