It's a concern but easily addressed.
I don't think the <1% reduction in lead usage arising from our going lead
free will affect the availability of bismuth, nor do I think that any
conceivable increased use of bismuth alloys in the electronics industry will
do anything to overall bismuth usage. The amount of specialist alloys of all
sorts used is small compared to mainstream solders, there would have to be a
sustained geometric increase in rate of usage for this to be significant.
