Hi Anna,
I just wanted to say thank you to you and your team for your prompt and
courteous replies to my emails though this year.
If you would not mind, I would like you to extend my thanks to the team at
the Environment Directive at the EU in Brussels on their hard work on
protecting the environment.
I just wanted you all to know that although I continue to, and always will
"Push Back" on the lead in solders ban on RoHS, (and it is probably clear to
you all that I am against this particular aspect of the legislation on
environmental grounds), that I appreciate both your level of "customer
service" and also the efforts that you and your team make in replying both
promptly and courteously on this somewhat controversial aspect of the
legislation.
I find both you and the team professional in every aspect of your work and
thank you for it.
Kind regards,
John Burke
