If you have to clean, don't use a "no-clean" paste! However, there are
SOME cleaners that may clean SOME pastes, depending on how they were
reflowed. Only one way to find out, try them for yourself under your
conditions, coz, if I tell you to try product ABC123 from manufacturer,
guess who gets the blame if it doesn't work as you wish? Yup. you're
right, me.

You may get some answers from some cleaning product makers, saying that
  their's are sure to work. Maybe they will, maybe they won't.
