Just wanted you all to know that this book can be dowloaded on E-mule.....
It is really great, sorry for the author...
And a question:
Did anyone encounter black pad failure on LF MicroBGA's solderd with LF
solder paste and with a profile according to the manufacturer's indication?
We had such an occurrence and it was batch related. If yes, did you involve
the component manufacturer in this failure?
How did you prove that it is not a failure due to your process?
Is it true that the failures due to black pad or others related to ENIG are
more frequent with LF?
Gaby
