  Ian doesn't believe me that it is delam.  Here is another board from the same batch that had an IC reworked with a rework machine, rather than the hand-soldering that caused the smaller rework issues in the other pics.  This one probably will be scrapped.  I would never trust this one.  The colour looks the same.

  Please post, if you are able.
  This one is what convinces me that the batch has a delam issue.  Any localized heat application seems to cause issues.

I want to know if you would fix and/or trust the boards with small areas of delam.  Most components seen in the pics are 0603, for a size ref.
