Are any of you still manufacturing boards with plating bars?

We have a design where the plating bars are attached to
small (13mil) vias, to switch contacts on the opposite side.

Could the plating process damage those vias?

I tried to look it up in Coombs but got scared by terms like
600A/squarefoot!

That was AFTER I opened my big mouth and said,
"If electro-plating could damage vias, I woulda heard about
it sometime in the last 20 years!"

now I'm wonderin if I owe someone a lunch or something

Jack (the "sometimes I wish I could just shut up guy")
