This term is for statistic process control. And in your translation you have not translated the word 'statistically-derived'. Please see detail as below:
Up control limit = Central line + 3sigma
Low control limit = Central line - 3sigma
And the sigma value must be got by use of statistic method and also it should be evaluated by process engineer every month or in regular frequency. So I think we should translate this term by means of '统计得出的'.
