Have you checked with K&M Electronics, Springfield Mass.?  That is usually
where I go when I want high value resistors.  Although, you may not find
any bargains there.

Dear Technetters,

We are seeking CR0402 Resistors of a value of 1 GOhms (Yes 1 Giga Ohms)
And we need 600 of them... As it is not very usual, it is hard to find.

So far, we found a wheel of 1000 parts at about 2000 USD, that is 2 USD a
piece.

Is there anyone who has 600 for sale at a decent price?
