Well, sort of.  The IPC Committee Home pages do not list the rosters of
committee members.  Gotta watch out for Spam and all that.  What you can
generally find out is who the chair of the committee is and if the
committee has been diligent about providing IPC staff with meeting minutes,
then you can see who attended what meeting.  The committee home pages also
list the IPC staff liaison for the committee, who can then generally guide
you to the appropriate contacts.
