Dear Mr. Park:

I do not believe anyone was referring to the "draft General Rule of
Environment-Friendly Use Period of Electronic Information Products" of
12 September 2006 as you mentioned.  You bring up a good point - to
whom do we go for guidance on interpretation of the Administration
Measures?  Your suggestion that we refer to drafts seems reasonable,
but we have to rely on "unofficial translations" so there is a caveat
to that route as well.

You may send the draft to my attention at [log in to unmask] and I
think we can get it circulated to the Leadfree list.
