Something must be bouncing the email back to you over and over again, I only sent the email once from my computer at work. I'm home now, and my computer at work was put to bed about 3-hours ago...

Hi Dee!

One shop I've had experience in the past with is Coretech:

http://www.coretec-inc.com/

They can do up to 6-oz copper. At the employer I worked at we had them
do some rather heavy heat sinking on a fab for us. Below are a few views
that show the copper that was in the fab...it was so remarkable I posted
pictures on my web page.

It was a 12-layer board with the heak sinks on layers 2 and 11. The
laminate was then machined down around the edges to the surface of the
copper to accommodate a frame that pulled the heat from the assembly out
to a chassis. The bare fab was around 8" X 10" and must have weighed
close to 2-3 lbs.

Hello all,

I am looking for shops that can do heavy copper and or some embedded
metal for heat sinking.

Does any one have some fab shops to recommend for this?

Thanks for the help!

pictures on my web page.

Subject: [DC] heavy copper

Hello all,

I am looking for shops that can do heavy copper and or some embedded
metal for heat sinking.

Does any one have some fab shops to recommend for this?

Thanks for the help!
