Hi TechNetters,
Where can I find the basic formula to calculate the minimum plated
through hole size for a leaded device for IPC Class 3 board designs?
Example: We have a .016 in diameter wire we need to be able to solder
into a plated through hole. How small can the finished hole size be?
Thank you!
Helena
