Interesting pic. I first thought electromigration growth, as others
have guessed. But there are the reflections as well. So my guess is
that this is a horizontally cracked cap on a board that is conformally
coated with a brittle coating material.
What is it's value? A picture = 1000 words. Not sure what that is in
Euros...
