You may wish to contact DMI. They have done this for me before using
precision milling equipment (to within .001"). We then filled the unused
hole by applying Kapton tape on one side, filling the hole with Taiyo
America soldermask epoxy and curing. When done properly it is nearly
impossible to see the hole that was repaired. Contact DMI at
www.dmipallet.com. Talk to Jim Fern. They can usually do a certain
quantity and get them back to you within 2-3 days, enough to keep you
going. I would make sure that you get a couple of first articles to
ensure the fit, and if it checks out then have them do more and get them
finished, then do more. Doing them in small lots initially will ensure
that they are not all drilled wrong a second time. DMI is located in

We had a proto PWB with ejector holes in the wrong location and need to
get them filled and redrilled.  Our PWB supplier's turn around time is
