John,
For flex applications I like the Eccobond 45 with Cat 15 semi rigid cure. It is widely used for transition of rigid to flex in a fillet/bead, it adheres very nicely and has long heritage of success. Down side is it is a manual application expedited by semi-auto pneumatic assist. calling out for any bond will be a labor adder. The other choice is potting which is a fiasco for touch up/rework, but in a high shake it really is wonderful stuff.

  Subject: [TN] epoxy for flex

I am doing some flex cables for the first time.

I am using Omnetics flex connectors which have pins on both sides.

I am trying to find a good epoxy or material that I can overcoat the
soldered flex circuit connections with to give strength to the ends
of the flex cables. Anyone know a good epoxy (or other material) for
  this application

  Thanks
  John Foster
