Hi john,
The sockets are to install/snap-in memory chips into laptop computers. They
are 144 I/O with one inside row and one outside row of gullwing-shaped
leads.
What is of particular interest is the material used for the socket body
(CTE, Tg) and what kind of compliancy these leads have.
