I was talking with someone the other day and they mentioned their company's "Patent Pending Process" in laminating LCP multilayer, the patent pending part didn't make sense as many companies can press LCP, Roger's offer's fab guides to the same. I mentioned this and he got wickedly ticked off.
Is this "patent pending" statement in the literature just a marketing gimmick?
