Is the scoring edge anomaly a resultant of PWB material quality?
A parameter of the scoring process, speed and/or rpm?
The quality of blade material and edge sharpness?
Does all the material exhibit this anomaly or only in current batches?

Victor,

Gloria,
Try slowing feed of panel or multiple passes incrementally cutting
through the material. You might also want to pull mask away from score
lines otherwise you'll see that chipp as well.

Good morning everyone,

Is anyone out there having issues along the scoring edge, with lead
free,
using IS410 material finding nicks or board edge damage and possibly to
the
extreme of some delamination?

Has anyone found a way to correct this, or lessen the damage?

Gloria
