You just invited Richard for diiner.
The english 'Be my guest,' meaning 'you are welcome,' while literally
translating to ' Seien Sie mein Gast', has a totally different meaning in German. If
you want to stick to German, you could use 'Bitte schön' or "Bitte, bitte' or
'Gerne' or 'Gern geschehen.'
