How involved are you going to get? Do you need to do this to pass an ESD
audit. Are you doing this as part of a basic hygiene plan for your shop?
This is a great way to spend a lot of money for nothing, or spend a lot of
money for a huge benefit. But, there is a lot of mythology out there.

The base line document is Free http://www.esda.org/ But, you will likely
need some help to properly determine your needs.
http://www.esda.org/pub_handbk.html. I think the handbook is a great place
to start.
