the whiskers start growing frome the last step, which is Vigon 200 machine
wash, and continue  growing week after week.

all 625 balls look exactly the same, with equal growth around the ball
equator

we have never seen this on CBGAs before

it has never been discussed on TN

it's NOT  Lead Carbonate, just pure Lead

we may have to recall our products!!

If a MIL manufacturer see this, there ought to be a reaction
