LCP

Small amounts of plastic debris - dust if you like. The parts will be
free from chemical contamination so that's not an issue.

Seems like the obvious way to remove small particles from the surface.
Is there a better way?

None that I know of.

See process details below:

4 tanks ultrasonicator
*1st tank: warm pure water to circulate and filter
     Ultrasonic power: 600W x 28KHZ
     Heater: 2KW x 220V
     Temp. control: 50~60 degree C
Time used in this tank: 6 min.
*2nd tank: pure water to overflow
     Ultrasonic power: 600W x 28KHZ
Time used in this tank: 6 min.
*3rd tank: warm pure water to circulate and filter
     Ultrasonic power: 600W x 28KHZ
     Heater: 3KW x 220V
     Temp. control: 50~60 degree C
Time used in this tank: 6 min.
 *4th tank: air blowing
     Air pressure: 6 kg / 2cmx4cm
Time used in this tank: 6 min.

I don't think IPA will affect LCP but yes, we have to check that.
