Hi Inge

Another tip, I recommend you to plug the via holes under the CBGAs (they
look like open with exposed copper / OSP?) at the CBGAs side. Its may help
with the cleaning process and preventing the creation of solder balls
(after clean and re-print) .

Yepp, that's probably what we have to do. The solder paste is within the
requirements, so is the cleaning process. All other components on the board

are perfectly clean, and without even slightest sign of white crystals.
Only
CBGAs, as I have pointed out. Maybe the bigger-than-the others CBGAs do not

reach correct maximum temperature, because of bigger mass? I don't know
what
more to consider. It's somewhat of a mystery.

Inge
