Hello. Friday is a great day of the week especially when it is our off
Friday like next week (we are on a 9/80 work schedule)!



Questions - where can I find information on common industry practices to
re-bake MSDs already packaged in tape & reel or tubes? Some say it is
feasible at low temperature with a vacuum oven while others say that even
this practice may cause component release issues from the tape during
automated smt assembly.



Also, what temperature(s) are tapes, tape & reels and tubes normally rated
at? Is there an IPC spec that addresses this issue?
