Jose,
I don't believe you will see any thing like that; what you may want to search the specs for are "producibility" statements. By "hand" operations you can either increase or greatly decrease the tolerances depending on the reason for hand ops. A satellite can be all hand built with tolerances very tight or loose. if you add a hand operation to a high volume assembly -such as an RTV- you will add huge costs for the "hand touch", if the tolerances are not forgiving the price for hand touch will be a bit higher. If after the hand op if you have fall out then you will really be effecting pricing and delivery. Stay away from "Reduced Producibility" configurations. Talk to the folks that you will be placing the tolerance onto.

  All,

Is there an IPC standard that set the tolerances allowed for hand
  operations?

  Thanks

How many do you want to clean at a time? If only a few (maybe 8 or so), a
standard dishwasher for under $500 should work fine.

Subject: [TN] Bin/ Tote Aqueous Washer

  Hello everyone,

  Happy New Year!

I have a question concerning how people go about cleaning totes in an
efficient and effective manner. We have a facility that has poor air
filtration, so dust is basically everywhere. Is there a machine that cleans
totes such as a batch cleaner or something that is relatively cheap and has
a relatively small footprint. We are looking into purchasing soft cell
inserts for the totes, which will protect the CCA's and the cells will be
easier to clean (wipe them out vs. washing the entire tote more
frequently). I have heard of machines that are capable of cleaning totes
(12" X 10" X 10") without the use of much manual labor - load them; machine
cleans them, remove them; dry them...

If any of you have any experience or advise on what options there are, I
  would appreicate it.

  Thank you in advance.
