It can be removed by gently erasing with the larger Faberbond rubber
erasures, but I found that the tarnishing does not seem to affect the
solderability, at least not with a good solderpaste such as Kester R562.

Are cardboard ESD boxes a source of sulfur that could tarnish Immersion
Silver PCBs?
If you have tarnish on a PCB, would you ever try to remove it with an
eraser?
